Benefit Reminders:
- GatesHealth.com: Access all your benefits resources in one convenient place – including the 2026 Benefits Guide, plan summaries, educational materials, Perks information, and more.
- Free Flu Shots: Flu season is upon us. If you’re enrolled in a Gates medical plan, you can still schedule your free annual flu shot. Contact your doctor or local pharmacy to make an appointment.
- Vendor Updates: To keep you informed about our benefits partners, here are a few recent changes. No action is required.
- UnifyHR is now WEX Inc: Our ACA administrator, UnifyHR, has officially transitioned to WEX Inc. You may see the WEX logo in future communications or login pages, but your access and overall experience will remain the same.
- Consova is now iVerifyPro: Consova has rebranded as iVerifyPro. This update will appear in the 2026 Benefits Guide and other HR materials. Any communications from iVerifyPro regarding dependent verification are legitimate and related to Gates' benefit programs.
- Hinge Health: A digital health platform that offers personalized exercise therapy for your musculoskeletal health. You’ll have access to a dedicated team of experts to help you stay active and pain-free – at no cost to employees enrolled in a Gates medical plan.
- 2026 IRS 401(k) limits: Employee contribution limit increasing to $24,500 and catch-up contribution for those age 50+ increasing to $8,000.
- New in 2026: Amaze Health – A 24/7 virtual care platform that supports your well-being by making access to quality care more convenient. Services include:
- 24/7 Virtual Primary Care & Urgent Care – Connect with licensed doctors and get prescriptions anytime.
- Unlimited Mental Health Support – Access unlimited therapy, coaching, and counseling sessions.
- Chronic Condition Management – Access unlimited therapy, coaching, and counseling sessions.
- Second Opinions – Get expert guidance to make informed medical decisions.
- Health and Wellness Coaching – Benefit from personalized nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle guidance.
- Billing Support – Get help understanding medical bills and finding in-network providers.
