Annual Deductibles Have Reset
Remember, as of January 1, 2026, deductibles for all health plans have reset. Please refer to page 9 of the Benefits Guide for updated IRS information and plan details.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
If you participated in an FSA in 2025, keep these important dates and limits in mind:
- Submit all your 2025 reimbursement claims by March 15, 2026.
- 2026 carry over amounts:
- Up to $640 for the Health Care FSA
- Up to $610 for the Limited Purpose FSA (usable through 2026)
Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)
If you enrolled in an HSA account, you may adjust your contribution amount at any time during the year. To make changes, submit a benefits election form to benefitssupport@gates.com

401(k) Contribution Limits for 2026
Now is a great time to review your contribution elections for the Gates Matchmaker 401(k) Plan. IRS limits for 2026 are:
- Employee contribution: $24,500
- Catch-up (age 50+): $8,000
- Catch-up (age 60-63): $11,250
