The Gates Matchmaker 401(k) Plan was established to provide you with a convenient, tax-deferred, and profitable way to save for retirement and other financial needs. Gates generously contributes 3% of your pay beginning on your first day of employment as a full time employee. Once you start contributing your own money to the plan, the company will also match 100% of your pre-tax and Roth contributions up to 3% of your pay.
