EAP/ Employee Assistance Program - Magellan
Juggling work, family, finances, and personal wellbeing can be quite the balancing act. At our organization, we understand the challenges life throws your way. That's why we're here to offer support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provided by Magellan and funded by Gates. Our EAP provides confidential access to skilled counselors who specialize in addressing various issues including stress, anxiety, substance abuse, grief, and more. You don't have to navigate these challenges alone. Best of all, there's no cost to you, and your calls remain completely confidential – Gates will not be notified of your participation.
Each calendar year, members can engage in up to five (5) 50-minute sessions per specific concern. If it's determined after one or two sessions that additional support is needed beyond the scope of brief counseling, our counselors will assist in transitioning you to a more suitable provider. After this transition, further sessions will only be available in connection with the change in providers. Magellan also provides other tools and resources for our employees and their house-hold members to use. Including but not limited to - Manager training tools Legal services, Lifestyle Coaching, Financial Wellness, and a great Discount Center (LifeMart)

- Self-pay option to continue work on a case under power of attorney until all issues are resolved

- Up to 6 sessions per year
- Members will not be denied additional sessions if it is determined that the member has not yet reached their goal
