MetLife Dental Plans
Gates offers two different dental plans through MetLife: Low Plan (1) & High Plan (2). Both plans allow for four free cleanings annually, including two exams with a dentist. You also get basic services, major services, and orthodontics under our dental plans. The difference between the high and the low plan is the high plan offers a lower deductible and higher annual maximum benefit.
